Choc Chip Cookies
This was my first baking experiment and it came out really well and was easy with not much work to do as well. The best part of it was we didn’t use eggs and it was substituted with Milkmaid condensed milk.
Ingredients:
180g butter
1/3 cup sugar
½ cup Milkmaid condensed milk
1½ cup self-raising flour
250g choc chips
Preheat oven to 180C
Beat butter and sugar until creamy
Beat in condensed milk, add the flour and stir till all are combined
Add choc chips as well and mix.
Make small balls and place on baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden Brown
I should advise that this is not my recipe... it was on the condensed milk can and just thought would try it out. You could add white choc chips as well.Rest of my experiments was from food blogs and hence no point in copy-paste.
