Deeps has tagged me to write 25 random things about myself.
The Rules are
Once you've been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 25 random things, facts, habits, or goals about you.At the end, choose 25 people to be tagged.You have to link the person who tagged you.

This is my first ever Tag. It was easy to start with and then grew harder to get to the 25 count.

Anyways…. here are the facts that were hidden from blogging world till now.

I love sleeping. I can sleep anywhere and at any time …can just tuck in one corner and drift off to sleep.

I am petrified of snakes!!! I can’t even watch them on the telly!! I just shut my eyes and wait for hubby to give the ok to open my eyes again. It gives me the creeps... ( I am having the shivers just typing about it.

I love ironing clothes. Its kind a therapeutic for me!!! Can do it for hours!! Actually I like the whole washing, drying, folding, and ironing routine. I love the smell of clothes after a wash and also the crisp feeling of clothes after they have dried on a sunny day.

I am sucker for happily ever-after stories!!! In reel or real world. I don’t watch tragedy movies at all. My point… why pay and cry when you call it entertainment.

We got married on Valentine’s Day. Nope... it wasn’t planned… it was the auspicious date given by the astrologer based on our stars. And yes it was a love marriage.

I am a big time foodie. Lucky for me... Hubby loves to eat out too. .we try different cuisines and usually eat out on Saturday nights.

I totally lack self-confidence and very self-conscious Most times I am worried about what others think about me.

I am very particular about discipline and punctuality. I just hate being late and being made to wait. I used to be one of the first people to go to school. I used to be teased that I was the watchman in school to open the classrooms. My sister was just the opposite. She used to rush in just in time before the gates closed

I have 2 left foot. I just can’t Dance.

I hate confrontations and can never have one. I totally lack the ability to fight... If I am pulled into one, I just keep quiet or walk away from the scene .Even if I am right, I can’t speak it out at that moment. ( I just forget the points and start shivering)

I am a total outdoor person... And love travelling far or near. Mode of transport just doesn’t matter.

I have a bad habit of not closing lids (boxes, bottles... anything with lid) properly after use. Usually Hubby is the next person to use it and I would get an earful. I would be quite upset about it, but come next time and it is the same scenario... I don’t do it purposefully and just not able to break the habit either.

I listen to S.Ve.Sekhar and Crazy Mohan dramas before going to sleep. They are the best tranquilizers.

I am a multi-tasker. I just cannot do one job at a time. I try and combine as much s possible at one go.

I am scared of Death (of near and dear ones). I keep imagining the worst possible scenarios and worry myself. Also late night phone calls give me the shudder and my imagination goes haywire.

I love shopping (for self and others) but I can’t shop for long hours. Walk in... Buy … walk out type. I am not an impulse buyer. I think twice before I buy. Only if I am convinced that I really like it, I buy.

I met with an accident when in Class XII. I was on a TVS champ… hit a fish-cart (yup… of all vehicles on the road... I chose the fish cart) and broke my front two teeth. They have now been replaced with artificial tooth. (I can’t believe I said this!!)

I am scared of water and considering the fact that I don’t know to swim adds to my woes. I love beaches…but there is always a tiny bit of fear when near water.

I am typical Virgo… can be quite cynical (only to people I am really close to )but I am also a perfectionist.

I am good with remembering numbers... as in Birthdays, Anniversaries, phone numbers et cetera. I make the effort to wish people every year irrespective of whether I get a reply or not.

I have completely lost my reading habit. I just can’t find the time anymore.

I am sentimental about gifts. I cant throw them away even if they are totally worn out.

I admire my Mom as a person (not because she is my mother) She is a fierce, independent, strong woman. She is an amazing cook. I think she would have been a big entrepreneur if not for us.

In a room of people, you can see me sitting in one corner listening/enjoying others speak. I am the listener type.

And finally …….I truly believe in “Everything happens for a reason … and it is for the Good.”

I am yet to know 25 people in the blog world. Hence will take the first number 2 and tag Art and Nitya. (No compulsion... only if you want to do it.)

P.S: Edited to add: I am adding DC as well to my list of people to tag. I wasnt sure if I should , since I know only for a few days... but on thinking about it.. this seems a nice way to know her.
